WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR VISIT

Here are a couple of elements to consider before planning your trip to Domaine de L'Ange-Gardien.

COVID-19:

Following gouvernement restrictions, we must reduce our daily maximum capacity, and because of the high client traffic of the last few days, we are putting at your disposal the possibility of reserving your spot for a specific date.

If you do not wish to reserve your spot or if reserved tickets are sold-out, we have kept a number of non guaranteed spots on a first come, first served basis.  We suggest that you arrive either at opening time (or slightly before) or in the middle of the afternoon, there are always spots available.

We have also added a new time slot from 3 pm to 7 pm on Saturdays.

If you bought tickets from the old online store, you can call us to reserve your spot on the day you wish to come.

OTHER COVID-19 REGULATIONS:

Masks must be worn outside for everyone 3 yrs old and over.  Masks must be worn inside for 10 yrs old and older. A maximum of 6 people from the same household may slide together.

Clients can come inside the main chalet to warm up. They can also bring in their homemade lunch inside and eat at our tables.  Unfortunately meals coming from other restaurants will not be accepted.  No bags may be left inside the chalet.

The maximal capacity of people accepted at the same time in our chalet has been greatly reduced as per gouvernement COVID-19 regulations.  It is possible that clients will have to wait their turn to eat inside.  Also, we will not be able to let people who usually spends the day inside waiting for their family to do so this presently.

A period of 30 minutes will be allocated to warm-up and eat inside.  Unfortunately, kids' birthday parties will not be available this year.

Horse-drawn sleigh rides will not be available because we cannot respect social distancing on a sleigh.

We offer multicolored tubes of different sizes to accomodate everyone.  We ask that clients keep their tube with them all day.  We will desinfect them after use.
